Unlike many water treatment dealers, we will test your water for free to ensure our systems will work for you.

From Seattle, Washington to San Diego, California to Dallas, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia to Erie, Pennsylvania - RainDance Water Systems customers have enjoyed excellent water quality. Commercial & Overseas water treatment customers can also have assurance as we can customize absolutely everything tailored to the customer's water chemistry and ambient operating conditions. A unit for Africa will be significantly different from one sent to Texas.

If you are in doubt about the quality of your water, we will be glad to test your water for specific items that interfere with the general quality of water as it pertains to drinking water and utility water (i.e. bathing, cleaning etc.).We also offer water testing for commercial water treatment recommendations such as reverse osmosis water systems, reverse osmosis pretreatment, irrigation, commercial water softeners, industrial iron filters, and high volume water filtration applications.

This test is exclusively for the purpose of making recommendations for the application of our products and to help our customers choose the correct water treatment system for their home or business.

If you already have a water analysis email your results to support@raindancewatersystems.com or fax it to 760-896-6999 Attn: "Filter Recommendation" and we will recommend the appropriate water treatment system.

Any concerns regarding the safety of your water supply (i.e. bacteria) should be addressed by a testing facility that can perform a comprehensive test that includes microbiological testing.

In order to provide a proper water sample, bypass any existing filtration systems and draw water from the main household's plumbing system (i.e. kitchen sink, bathroom fixtures, etc.)

Please provide at least 12 ounces of water in a leak-proof plastic bottle (NO GLASS). Mailing or shipping charges are the responsibility of the sending party.

DIRECTIONS FOR TAKING WATER SAMPLES:
Allow for water to flow from faucet five minutes to flush pipes, then fill sample bottle to just above shoulder, leaving some air space. Replace cap tightly. Customers that already have their water filter installed will need to send in two water samples - One unfiltered sample from the well and one sample after the filter system - Be sure to label each water sample bottle.
